Hebrews 4/12: For the Word of God [is] quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and [is] a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

Origins of the Holy Supper

One of the Holy Feasts that God ordered Israel to celebrate was the Passover, Leviticus 23/5: "In the fourteenth [day] of the first month at even [is] the LORD'S passover." In the Feast of the Passover the sons of Israel make memory that God smite all the firstborn of the land of Egypt, man and beasts (because of the obstinacy of a pharaoh that did not wanted to free from slavery the people of Israel) and passed over the homes of the sons of Israel in which blood from a lamb was put, without causing any harm.

But, Jesus the Messiah, when celebrated his last Passover with his disciples on earth, before his death, modified it and instituted the Holy Supper also known as the Last Supper (Passover), in which the believer commemorates every year his death, because his death brought redemption, so for Israel is the Feast of the Passover but for the believers is the Holy Supper. So the believers are called to celebrate not the birth of Jesus, as pagan religions do, but his death (because his death consummated God's plan), as well as to wait for his glorious return.

Two symbols are important in the Holy Supper, which are the unleavened bread that represents the pure body of the Messiah and the unfermented wine which represents the pure and precious blood of the Messiah that was about to be shed for many for the remission of sins. Luke 22/17: "And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and said, Take this, and divide [it] among yourselves: For I say unto you, I will not drink of the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God shall come. And he took bread, and gave thanks, and brake [it,] and gave unto them, saying, This is my body which is given for you: this do in remembrance of me."

To celebrate the Holy Supper, the believer must use as reference a determined moon, because it is celebrated in the first night of the full moon, of the first month of the Sacred Calendar, not in any day but in the date in which the Messiah filtered and instituted it, and that was made in the day of the Feast of the Passover, the 14 of Abib.

Regretfully, the religions, that corrupt everything, have disfigured the institution of the Holy Supper, and what today is celebrated after many centuries, has nothing to do with what the Messiah instituted, because now the abuses and excesses are so many, arriving to the extreme of celebrating it with cookies instead of unleavened bread and soft drinks instead of unfermented wine, and in many cases is not even a supper, but only snacks, and without mentioning that it is celebrated in dates and hours not authorized, so the Institution of the Holy Supper has become unrecognizable and totally pagan.
